CBL Spring - Target Score Series
A premier spring league for club teams (11U-18U)
With many teams choosing to stay local this spring, Peg City Basketball is launching CBL Spring - Target Score Series, a competitive, club-centered league.
This program is designed as a strong local alternative for spring competition: structured weekly games, standings, playoffs, and a championship weekend—all delivered in a format that creates high-pressure, game-like finishes every time.

Program Format
- Ages: 11U-18U club teams
- Season Structure: Regular season standings determine playoff seeding
- Games Guaranteed: 8 regular season + 2 playoff games per team
- Championship Weekend: a clear, competitive pathway to a title
Divisions and Eligibility
Teams may declare as Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 at registration.
All athletes must fit without exception into one of the following age categories:
- 11U (born 2015 or later)
- 12U (born 2014 or later)
- 13U (born 2013 or later)
- 14U (born 2012 or later)
- 15U (born 2011 or latee)
- 16U (born 2010 or later)
- 17U (born 2009 or later)
- 18U (born 2008 or later)
Cost and Value
Team Entry Fee: $1,950 per team
That’s $195 per player with a roster of 10 (and less per player with larger rosters).

The majority of Peg City games are played out of the following venues:
- Sport Manitoba Courts
- Dakota Fieldhouse
- MBCI
- Katherine Friesen Campus
- Buffalo Run, if open
Registration
Step 1 — Team Registration (Club Admin)
- Clubs register teams through the RAMP registration system.
Step 2 — Player Registration (Parents)
- Parents receive a team invite and register players in RAMP.
- Only registered players are eligible to participate.

Keys Dates (2026)

Regular Season: April 6 - May 31, 2026
Regular season games may extend beyond May 31 only if rescheduling is required.

Championship Weekend: June 26 - 28, 2026
Championships may be scheduled earlier in June pending venue availability.
Weekly Game Days
Games are scheduled by age group, with flexibility for teams attending tournaments. *Weekday games may be used when teams are unavailable on weekends due to tournaments.

Coaching Responsibilities
Peg City is responsible for maintaining a safe environment. Club teams are responsible for ensuring coaches meet requirements including:
